I am a pastor, leadership coach, counselor, educator, and formation guide. I help pastors and ministry leaders who want to lead faithfully but are tired of carrying the weight of ministry alone.
Most church leaders did not enter ministry because they wanted more meetings, more pressure, more conflict, or more demands on their family. They entered ministry because they love Jesus and people.
But leadership can slowly become a place where the urgency never ends. The problems keep coming. The expectations keep growing. The work follows you home. And eventually, you may find yourself trying to help everyone else become healthy while quietly losing touch with your own health.
I created Leading the Church because I believe leaders deserve more than advice to work harder. They need space to be honest. They need wise guidance. They need practical tools. They need a path that helps them become healthier leaders without abandoning their calling.
Church leadership is not merely a professional role. It touches your soul, your marriage, your parenting, your relationships, your time, your faith, and your sense of calling. That is why the work must go deeper than strategy. Healthy leadership is formed from the inside out.
You may not need all the answers today. You simply need a trusted place to begin.
